Shipping & Return Policy
Return Period We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Right of Withdrawal (Legal Guarantee) You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs differ per parcel carrier, please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@vinpop.fr. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Taste Guarantee Terms "Not a match? No worries. If the wine isn't for you, we will refund it as a store credit for your next order. Fair Play Policy: No need to return the bottle. Just email us a photo of the open bottle and tell us why you didn't like it. Valid for 1 bottle per order."
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vinpop.fr.
