Our Story
Adrien knows wine inside out, not from books, but from the vines.
He spent 8 years running his own vineyard in Bordeaux, getting his hands dirty in the soil, harvesting under the sun, and crafting wines from barrel to bottle. He also made wines with his neighbors and shipped them across the world.
And yet, despite all that knowledge, Adrien faced the same frustration as every wine lover:
👉 Half the bottles he bought from “expert recommendations” didn’t fit his taste.
That’s when the question hit him:
Why should journalists or trends decide what’s a “good” wine, when it’s the drinker who matters?
From Netflix to Spotify, technology already knows what you’ll love to watch or listen to. Why should wine be different?
So he created a new way: we analyse each wine in a lab, break down its taste profile scientifically, and map the differences between bottles. That way, you’re not drinking someone else’s opinion you’re drinking wine matched to your unique taste.
