The Origin Story Rewind to 1995. Béatrice and Bernard Nivollet completely flipped the script. They traded the Paris city rush for the Languedoc sun to chase a wild dream. They did not just buy a winery. They built this estate entirely from zero. It is a family adventure that turned a bold vision into a reality.

The Vibe We are eco responsible artisans guarding the land. We banned chemicals, pesticides, and herbicides long ago because we believe in pure biodiversity. This is farming with a conscience. We treat the environment like a partner and not a factory.

The Terroir Remix Located in the prestigious Grés de Montpellier our 70 hectares are divided into five distinct "Terroirs." We do not blend everything into one generic mix. We treat every plot like a separate universe. We analyze the altitude, the soil, and the wind to unlock the specific personality of every grape. It is precise. It is passionate.
