The Vibe Welcome to the place where fantasies become reality. Cantina Fassati is the pride of Montepulciano owned by local hero Gianni Della Camera. Situated on a limestone hill between the stunning Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana this is Tuscany turned up to eleven.

The Origin Story It began with a local boy and a massive ambition. Gianni grew up watching his father Augusto craft wine for friends but the passion outgrew the garage. After years of hustle Gianni seized his moment in 2015. He acquired the historic Fassati cellar and turned a lifelong dream into a concrete legacy.

The Landscape Today Fassati is a powerhouse. We control a massive 101 hectares with 89 hectares dedicated purely to premium vines plus some killer olive groves. The climate is classic Mediterranean. We get cold winters and hot summers creating the perfect rhythm for grapes that demand attention.
