The Vibe Welcome to the Sierra de Gredos where the air is thin and the wines are electric. Bodega Cebreros is the heartbeat of this trending region. We are stationed in the mountains just west of Madrid in a landscape that feels like the top of the world. This is the home of the Cebreros DO and we are defining the new mountain style.

The Landscape Forget the flat plains. We farm on steep granite slopes and ancient slate soils. It is extreme viticulture. Our old vines have to fight for survival in this rugged mountain terrain. The high altitude keeps things cool while the intense sun builds power. It is a dramatic mix that creates pure magic in the bottle.

The Flavor Drop The star here is Garnacha. But this is not heavy wine. It is fresh and mineral driven with an explosion of wild red berries and floral notes. We also champion the rare Albillo Real white grape. This is mountain juice with serious attitude and zero compromise.
